At BharatKard, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation and successful upload of valid documents.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We deliver orders across India through reliable courier partners.
Standard delivery time is 4–7 working days depending on your location.
Remote areas may take additional time for delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.
Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or minimum order values.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp (if applicable).
Customers can track their orders using the courier partner’s tracking portal.
5. Delays in Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events.
BharatKard will not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Wrong / Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details.
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, customers must raise a complaint with us within 48 hours of delivery, with proper unboxing proof (photo/video).
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will reprint and reship your order at no extra cost.
